Terms & Conditions for Salon Services

Welcome to IntelligentMe. By booking an appointment, visiting our salon, or using our website/mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

IntelligentMe provides beauty, hair, spa, grooming, and related salon services. Services are provided subject to availability and may vary by location or stylist. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.


2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.

Failure to cancel within the stipulated time may result in:

  • Cancellation charges, or

  • Forfeiture of advance payment

IntelligentMe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in R and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, skin type, product usage, or service complexity.

  • Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, wallet, or other supported methods.

  • All payments must be completed at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.


5. Refund Policy

  • Services once availed are non-refundable.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please notify us immediately so we can address the concern.

  • Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of management.


6. Health, Safety & Allergies

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the service.

  • IntelligentMe will not be responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.

  • Patch tests are recommended for chemical treatments and colors.


7. Client Conduct

  • We expect respectful behavior towards staff and other clients.

  • Any abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or hygiene reasons.


8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. IntelligentMe is not liable for loss or damage to personal items within salon premises.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on our website/app are the property of IntelligentMe. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

IntelligentMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.


11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for bookings, payments, and communications. We are not responsible for failures or issues arising from third-party services.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amberton Garth Leeds.


13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
